Your documents
Inkwell processes PDFs entirely in your browser. When you fill a form, the document and the answers you type are never uploaded to our servers — the file never leaves your device. The filled PDF is saved only where you choose to download it, on your own computer.
- No document upload: filling, rendering and export all happen in your browser tab.
- No accounts: you don't create an account and we keep no document library.
- No analytics: this site does not load analytics or tracking scripts.
Theme preference
If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is stored in your browser's
local storage (inkwell-theme).
It contains only your theme choice — never file contents. "System" uses your
operating system setting and stores nothing.
What the host may see
The app is hosted as static files on Cloudflare Pages. Like any website, the hosting provider may keep ordinary web logs (IP address, requested URL, browser user agent, timestamps). These logs do not contain your PDF contents. Your documents are not transmitted to us or to the hosting provider as part of filling a form.
How to verify
Open your browser's developer tools (DevTools) → Network tab, then fill a PDF. You will see no request that uploads the document body.
